A Vancouver-based dog care franchise called Jet Pet is offering free pet care services on Halloween night. According to DailyHive, the company wants to help give owners a place for their dogs to escape any anxieties that may be induced from the festivities.

“We know that dogs have a hard time on Halloween night, but we realized that we have the perfect environment for them right here,” Jet Pet owner Fay Egan tells DailyHive.

According to the outlet, the shelter will offer calming scents, dim lights, music and cuddles to keep the dogs happy and fear-free.

The Jet Pet team made it easy for pet parents to bring their pets in; on any other day, pet parents must fill out a three-step application in order for their pet to be allowed to stay on the premises, but on Halloween night, pets just need to be neutered or spayed and have up-to-date vaccinations.

There are three Jet Pet locations in Vancouver that will offer these services: Olympic Village, Richmond and the North Shore. The private suites available at Jet Pet will be free on the night of October 31st, but a reservation is required on a first come, first serve basis.
