   It looks like she was telling a joke huh…? From what I know, chest compressions with animals varies, depends on the size of the pet.Same thing with human beings,(adult and babies) don’t have same compression counting and there should be a technique on how to locate the RIGHT part of rib cage to properly and safely put your palm on to start the compression. Together with the blows that you need to give. Just watch other videos.

   She is giving really bad instructions.  I was puzzled until I saw that it was Fox News.  Now it makes sense.
