@vetwannabelovemycat Make sure you take math, chem, physics, and bio during high school.

@vetwannabelovemycat aside from passion and desire to be a vet, you must also realize that vet schools are even more competitive than regular med schools. There are only 4 or so I head vet schools in USA. Compare that to all the med schools. You have to be perfect in science but you can do it! Good luck!

@vetwannabelovemycat I mean 4 GOOD schools. There are less than 30 altogether.

@Kellirenea100 I’m currently listing into Cornell school of veterinary medicine. I just want to say do not give up on your dream. Let your passion for animals bring you to becoming a vet. One thing I highly recommend is taking a job at a vet’s office (animal care taker) when you become 16-18 depending on your states laws. But the only down fall to your passion is you can’t work on all animals. You would have to pick either exotic and domestic or livestock. You could always partner with someone

@kellirenea100 you could always partner with someone who does livestock or domestic and exotic and open your own vets office. Goodluck!:)
