Mysterious, Furry “Sea Monster” Washed Up on A Russian Shore

In Russia, a very strange, mysterious “sea monster” washed up on the shore of the Bering Sea. The sea monster is described as having a “dirty chalk colouring” with a long tail or tentacle.
Svetlana Dyadenko, who discovered the mysterious sea creature, told the Siberian Times, “The most interesting thing to me is that the creature is covered with tubular fur.”
Dyadenko took a video of the strange creature, titled Kamchatka sea monster. In the video, you can hear her commenting on the different features of the creature as she makes a full circle around it.
Many theories are being thrown out as to what the creature may be. One theory is that the unidentified sea creature may be a Woolly mammoth whose remains washed ashore from a thawed glacier. Others thought it could be an octopus or giant squid.
Dyadenko asks, “Could it be some ancient creature? I wish scientists could inspect this enigma that [the] ocean threw at us.”
Currently, the most plausible theory is that the sea monster could be a globster, which is an unidentifiable organic mass, usually later identified as a carcass of a whale. This theory is backed by Kamchatka marine biologist Sergei Kornev.
“Under the influence of the sea, time and various animals, from the smallest to the largest, a whale often takes on bizarre forms. This is only a part of a whale, not a whole one,” Kornev told the Siberian Times.
