Wow I’m just starting that same CVC program. Really nervous about finding a place to work/intern next semester for my assignments.

  2. Molly Vickers

Hey, I’m about to become an auxiliary kennel nurse and I was just wondering whether you had any advice or tips 🙂

  3. aDamselsOdyssey

Thank you so so so much for sharing this video!!! Could you do a study tips video sometime in the future? I go to a kitty shelter most weekends and I get a few scratches and bites, do you have any tips for healing them quick? Love from 🇨🇱!!

  4. Kimberli I

Where did you get the book that has to do with restraint?

  5. Jessica Argaez

Ahhahahaa, how funny! I just got a ” home veterinary handbook” just for fun! I’m started college next week and I figured when I’m bored I can read this book(: I have about 2 years until I can start learning about the gooood stuff and on the road to getting my RVT license! 🙂

  6. Francis Neira

Your videos are always full of knowledge and good information I really appreciate it. I just recently received feedback from penn foster about credits I’m transferring and I’m set to enroll and start and I’m so excited. Scared as well cause I know it’s gonna be a lot of work. This video definitely helps a lot, if you could do a video on study tips? That would be awesome 🙂

  7. wishuponarose12345

I’m taking online vet tech classes also! I’m getting close to the time where they require videos. I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling the struggle of school and trying to apply everything 🙂

  8. That Freaky Meeky

Hi Victoria- are you able to make a video at some point talking about how you handle aggressive dogs and cats in the clinic and how often you run into these types of situations? Its something that I am personally super nervous about! Thanks so much and this video was super helpful as always 🙂

  9. Ashley Pagan

How serious are piercings and tattoos when it comes to being a vet tec or veterinarian? I have gauges and a tragus piercing and I want to get a tattoo on my arm

  10. Michaela Jackson

I just have to tell you that I am SO HAPPY that I found your videos. I am starting school to become a vet tech in November. You have gotten me even more excited to start school than I ever thought possible! You are so absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to do what you are doing now! I’ve even been driving my poor husband crazy from talking about starting school lol. Could you possibly do a video about how you felt starting school and what it was like going in to it? I also need any study tips I can get if possible! Thank you so much!!!

  11. Sherri-lyn Clark

Thank you for showing us all your books.
This really helped me as I’m starting my vet nursing course and traineeship in a couple of months.
This book will help me for now too as I work in a boarding kennels part time.
I’ve brought the Animal restraint for veterinary professionals addition one 😊 keep up the good work!

  12. Michelle Slipper

You literally work at my dream clinic! I’ve worked at a family run veterinary hospital for a while now and it was built 50 plus years ago and nothing is modern or computerized and when I watch your videos I die when I see all of your dental machinery and prescription label markers in the background and how nice your facility is lol

  13. Angie Mullins

I loved this! I also was in the field for 7 years as a veterinary assistant and then went to Cedar Valley College to earn my degree. I graduated in 2014 and passed my board. It was an excellent program! Gotta love submitting those videos towards the end The surgical video was the hardest for me. Yes! Those books for dentistry are wonderful! I’ve been working in veterinary dentistry for 14 years now and love it. Thanks for making this blog!!

  14. Ashley Xoo

    How do you juggle everything?!

  15. _LockedRose_

I am not really educated in all the details of vet school, but I’m very interested in it, so I just have a few questions. What’s the difference in a Veterinarian, a Veterinary Nurse, and a Veterinarian technician? How much schooling for each, and which has to euthanize the animals?

  16. Daisy Romero

Wow this video open my eyes of how much studying and hard work awaits me. Your so helpful. Thanks so much. Love your passion for animals in your vlogs.

  17. Avery Crowder

How did you get the royal canine nutrition books?

  18. Samantha Lawrence

Vet tech student here. I have quite a few of those books! One I found really helpful was Mosby’s Veterinary PDQ. It fits in your pocket so it’s awesome to have on you for your clinical rotation. I’ve started buying VTNE books. I enjoy Mosby’s Comprehensive Review as well. It puts the information in a list format. I find it easier to read because there isn’t a lot of fluff like there are in some textbooks.

  19. NotYourDailyVlog

Bc of your videos I have decided to go into vet medicine! I’m so excited, I start school Nov 13th! Thank you for posting these videos!

  20. sam noir

Omg I hated my pharmacology class

  21. Di'amyn simmons

Is it possible for me to try to become a Vet Nurse while already in college ?

  22. Zakiyyah Flores

Is nurse and tech the same?

  23. Stephanie Mondragon

Hi, I was wondering how you first got a job in a vet clinic? What was your position?

  24. Leora Alk

I transferred out of the vet tech program to the vet assistant program. I don’t regret the decision, but I feel like assistants are treated like trash in comparison to techs/nurses. As a vet nurse, do you appreciate your assistants?

  25. Carly Equestrian

Is Veterinary Nursing the same as a Veterinary Assistant?

  26. Emily Tapio

Thank you so much for making all of these videos! I am currently taking a 6 month long online course to get a Vet Assistant certificate so I can see how much schooling I want to get to further my veterinary education. I love being able to see videos of people in the veterinary industry doing their jobs! 🙂

  27. Naomi

Hi, I have a question! I’m a student studying prenursing but I wouldn’t say it’s my passion. I’m taking it because nursing is the only field I’m most familiar with through my parents. However, recently I’ve become interested in a career as a veterinarian instead. Not simply because I love animals (who doesn’t?) but because I’m fascinated by them (their behavior, body structures/functions, etc.). *However* I’m not much of a pet owner. I grew up too poor to afford anything like dogs, cats, etc. I have bought the occasional goldfish or RES turtle before but nothing serious like a dog. Since I don’t have much experience raising/caring for animals, would it be unrealistic for me to try to become a vet? Of course, it’s definitely better to have experience dealing with animals but I will be doing volunteer work of course.

  28. Luba Grigor

What would the starting salary be for VN?

  29. Andrea Prigmore

Thank you so much for your videos, I really love your delivery, information, and passion! Please google Merrick vs. Hills Science diet. There are a lot of controversial ingredients in there. There is much much better food out there for your dogs, granted the prices are higher. Just mentioning for awareness, I am happy when all dogs are fed regardless!

  30. Andrea Adelblue

I’m curious as to why you’ve chosen to become a nurse and not a doctor? Is that something you plan to do, or do you just prefer nursing? I think it’s amazing that you’re able to juggle both work and school. I’m struggling with that at the moment. Lol

  31. Omg Lol

Is veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing the same?

  32. aris saldana

So glad I’ve found your channel ! I’m currently a senior & I honestly want to become a veterinary assistant , you’re so inspiring !

  33. Caylee Schumann

I want to be a Vet surgeon, What should I study to become a surgeon?

  34. Nancy Amairani

Hi I am confused, how are you working at a clinic without your degree?
